I have been overseeing complete and partial remodels of both the interior and exterior of homes, rental properties, and comercial businesss as well as subcontracting for Listvan Plumbing Heating and Cooling INC.

• At my families farm i assisted in the maintenance of a 120 acre horse farm that at one time boarded over 50 horses with my mother, father and brother.
• I serviced and operated various tractors and farm implements to bale 60 acres of hay producing thousands of bales every summer.
• there i learned some construction to help repair barns and run in sheds from my father who is a licensed builder.

• Analyzed inventory data to identify and address stock discrepancies.
• Participated in regular cycle counts to confirm accuracy of inventory records.
• Collaborated with purchasing department to optimize procurement strategies, ensuring appropriate stock levels at all times.
• Improved warehouse organization, leading to more efficient retrieval system.

• Participated in the finish stages of an 11 story apartment building (Arena Place Grand Rapids,MI)
• Set floor and wall cabinets in both kitchen and baths.
• Installed exterior and interior doors.
• laid base and case trim to complete the construction of the apartment section pf the building.
• Also built pole barns for the company when the job had finished in GR

• Maintained stocking of the store front as well as kept the warehouse in a condition that allowed for easier transfer of product.
• I operated a 16' box truck as well as other company vehicles daily.
• In home/barn delivery water softener salt, and livestock feeds and bedding
• Ran the cash register diligently when not delivering
• Operated vehicle safely in highly congested areas with no traffic violations.

• At 16 i was sent to Brose Metal Stamping in Duncan, South Carolina for 2 weeks
• There i prepped and assembled 4 800 ton stamping presses and 1 1600 ton press for use producing auto bodies
• I was certified in fork truck, boom lift, man lift, and light crane operation as well as various safety certificates
• Afterword i used those skills to work in various industrial buildings for the company. my time there was so short because i had to return to highschool.
