Check and maintain mechanical operations of bonding machines, creel's, and take ups to ensure proper machine operations and production.

Also all other duties of basic operator position

Forklift certified

Creel supply material, thread up bonder, start finished thread onto tubes, patrol machines during run for possible broken ends or laps to remove them from the running process. Ensure continuous run of product for production targets. Clean machines of lapped thread and previous finished packages to restart the thread up and run process. Clean, pack, and weigh finished good to be shipped to customer.

Forklift certified

Manage location, daily sales paperwork, order replenishment weekly, vendor relations and orders, scheduling, onboarding, plus provide customer service to the clientele.

All manger duties and responsibilities also including basic landscaping and also minor gaps pump maintenance (changing filters, nozzles, and hoses)

Customer service, age verification for tobacco sales, surveying customers at gas pumps while fueling, basic housekeeping, money handling and safe dripping when necessary, basic shift paperwork, emptying trash and restocking sales floor.

Tester :Test finished chemical hoses under air or water pressure based on specs, check quality of builds using various measuring instruments including calipers.

Builder :read work order and build chemical hoses to specs.

Visually inspect printed cartons off of press to ensure proper printing accuracy and color to ensure proper conformity to approved proof. Change out printing plates and inks when changing printing work orders.

Forklift certified

Change warps in weaving looms to ensure continuous run of machines for production.

Doff rolls of cloth from looms using battery powered motorized doff truck.

Also yard service: restock thread for picks during the weaving process.
