
I enjoy cooking honest food. Honest meaning how ingredients are grown and harvested and applied while keeping their integrity in place. Hunting, fishing and foraging things like wild mushrooms, ramps and herbs are some of my favorite pastimes, all the while anticipating how they will all come together.
