Supervise and manage Scheduling and Reporting teams, training of new hires, recurrent training, writing evals, ad hoc projects for Senior Leadership
Monitor and maintain all processes related to daily staffing and call allocation for Reservations, create schedule bids for CS&S personnel, create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasts for call volume and staffing
Process payroll for Ground Operations for all SWA stations, train new hires in all aspects of processing payroll, develop and maintain Spreadsheets/databases/training materials used to increase our departmental efficiency and productivity, manage and supervise projects for A&L
