  • As Division Officer I led the correction of 32 CASREPS, more than 815 trouble call corrections, and over 3500 hours of maintenance with 100% readiness for patrol.

  • Flawlessly executed and managed safety procedures for electrical safety, tag-out, radiation, explosive ordinance handling, diving operations, and working aloft with zero mishaps.
  • Reinforced the correct procedures for Combat System Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS), including departmental cross-training, revamped drill guides, technical and casualty props, used in Fleet Synthetic Training and Type Commander Certifications.
  • Filled the role of gapped Electronics Material Officer, and Departmental Leading Petty Officer tasked with skillfully leading 52 personnel in the corrections of 75 equipment casualties, this effort resulted in passing all Selected Restricted Availability (SRA) requirements needed to transition to Basic Phase assessment and Board of Inspection and Survey demonstration with success and 100% mission ready for deployment.
  • Expertly managed a Micro and Miniature Repair (2M) shop that was responsible for saving the U.S. Navy $495,000 in repair cost, avoiding 38 CASREPS, and vastly limiting equipment downtime and increased availability.
  • Performed over 324 maintenance quality assurance checks, safety inspections, troubleshooting training, and leadership development, increasing maintenance proficiency by more than 75%.
