Primary Duties

*Supervise two student teachers

*Observe student teachers teach four lessons

*Grading all student teacher submissions to ISU, including weekly reflections, lesson plans, and teaching reflection statements before and after observed lessons

*Mentoring student teachers over the course of the semester

*CPAST conferences twice a semester with student teachers and mentor teachers

*Reading weekly evaluations submitted by mentor teachers

*Post-evaluation conferences after each observation

*Writing recommendation letters for my student teachers and advising them on their resumes, cover letters, and other aspects of the job application process

*Acting as a liaison between mentor teachers and ISU
