• Trained new employees to learn new systems, apply best practices and comply with protocols and even though I had title of Lead; I was a working lead making sure all phases of operations were on the same page. There were 4 men in my crew and i am always a team player.

Here,I learned about metals and tools. I did know how to use material handling equipment, At Cotter I learnt about density of metals and using mics and calipers and other metal equipment.

• Id multitask_receiving,cutting materials per print,move material to machinist; sandblast;assembly.

• I did whatever was needed to finish a job. this was a fast paced job. Worked with little supervision.

Worked 10 years of 25 as a selector in the warehouse. Picking and loading product on trucks to deliver to stores

As an employee I had many jobs, to fill.

The differnt jobs I performed were portering, piler, dockman, receiver and ,highlift. I became skilled at all levels of warehousing. was fast paced and always having on time deliveries was the goal. Everyone stayed until all the work was done.
