Teaching basic knots and rigging to workers new to the power line trade while streamlining a new underground wire installation project. Planning ahead of the operators with any material, personnel and equipment needed for the task at hand. Adapting to changes in the moment, improvising techniques for rigging when loading wire and risk assessment for the safest way possible to achieve a goal. Exposing utilities with a vacuum trailer or hand digging when necessary. Working alone safely while being productive using experience and knowledge to complete any tasks. Operating excavators and skid steers to backfill any trenches, holes or smoothing out driveways to keep the project moving forward.

• Traveled to storm areas as part of disaster recovery response following widespread destruction resulting from storms.
• Used climbing gear, bucket lifts and safety equipment for work at heights reaching as much as 200 feet above ground.
