I had over 31.5 years in with the Department of Corrections. I was a CSS2 (Lt.)/ shift commander when I retired. The position included many different responsibilities. I was responsible for staff, prisoner and public safety,, shift operations, administrative work, employee time and attendance, staff payroll, employee schedules, range training, grievance responses, investigations. I also had experience with hearings investigations and fire inspector duties. I am very thorough, self-motivated and courteous and well organized. I have an excellent work ethic calm and work and I have no problem earning the respect and trust of those around me. I remain calm and work well under stressful situations.
