As a golf course employee, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the golf course. This includes providing exceptional customer service to golfers, maintaining the course’s appearance, and assisting with various duties to enhance the overall experience for club members and guests.

• Customer Service: Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  Provide information on course rules, tee times, and other inquiries.
  Assist with check-in and payment processing at the pro shop or starter’s booth.
  
• Course Maintenance: Monitor course conditions and report any issues to the grounds crew.
  Ensure the course is clean and well-maintained, including tee boxes, fairways, and greens.
  Help set up for tournaments and special events as needed.
  
• Equipment Management: Assist in the management of golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in good working order.
  Help with the distribution and collection of golf clubs and rentals.
  
• Safety and Compliance: Monitor pace of play and enforce course rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  
• Sales and Promotion: Promote pro shop merchandise and assist customers with purchases.
  Inform guests about upcoming events, specials, and membership opportunities.
