Started as the Strategic Development Director for the Midland Division. Creating strategic plans and funding strategies for each of the 32 Corps and 38 Service Units in the Midland Division.

Then promoted to become the Divisional Director of Resource Development, Divisional Mail Appeal Manager (including in house data operations), Director of Disaster & Emergence Services.
