Summary

Most recently retired from very successful Real Estate career in California to retire or semi-retire to Missouri. With over 34 years as an active Residential Realtor as well as office manager with supervision & training, coaching of over 20 agents, plus staff I offer great experience in the Real Estate office as well as stability and maturity. Have spent much of the time in motivating agents and coaching them to achieve many more sales and listing which earns them much more income as well as a better bottom line for the office Broker.

My experience in California with the Department of Corrections and the State Police guided me into a position and mental attitude to balance fairness, common sense, listening & understanding. Heavy paperwork and perfect documentation was a must in this business as you never knew when it might be needed in a court of law. The management of up to 150 inmates as well as staff was daily & common practice. Performed evaluations on staff & inmates

I really enjoy motivating & supervising people, assisting with training, individual coaching, helping with professional positive marketing and feel I am a good communicator being fair, empathetic, professional, attentive & always have a positive attitude.

Professional appearance, fairness, ethics and attitude are paramount to any business.
