Drop In | Led the branding, marketing, content curation, and team management for a monthly program benefiting hundreds of Ford employees worldwide. Utilized human-centered design methods and tools to address real work problems, researching to create an offering that met employee needs and was widely adopted."


Small Batches By We | In response to the COVID pandemic, WeWork had to develop new tactics to retain member engagement safely. I created and deployed Small Batches By We. This activation was shared across America and was replicated in other markets. Small Batches By We is a safe COVID caution spin on what members expected in a pre-COVID world—using innovation to prioritize our members' safety and provide them with the added luxury. Small Batches by We facilitated an opportunity for members to network while staying socially distant.

Valentine's Day Market | I drove community engagement by partnering with local companies in the Detroit Area. This campaign supported brand awareness and sales for both organizations. I used innovation by creating a Valentine's Day Market in our building when "in-person" experiences were few. Businesses include: The Royce (wine shop), Frank & Arnie (florist), and ILERA (apothecary store).

Hispanic Heritage Month| I curated a collection of events that fell into multiple buckets, such as business, learning, connection, and more. Members could participate both in the building and our local community. My educational background in Spanish studies provided our members with in-depth learning opportunities. Diversity and inclusion are concepts I integrate into every team. I use my background knowledge and experience to create opportunities to inspire personal growth and create a workplace prioritizing psychological safety.
