I have worked as a foreman on many projects throughout the years with this company, doing wood framing and structural steel throughout the Reno area. Some of my favorites are Tahoe Maritime Museum, USAC, Carson City Toyota. I have also worked as a foreman on multiple schools, apartments, and custom homes.i am currently working on an apartment remodel of 10 building in reno.

• building of a timeshare from footings to punchlist including wood wall framing,joist ,subfoor,trusses,roof sheeting,doors,case and base,door harware,sheer.

• tear off and add sleepers with foam isulation,resheet and reroof.

• General maintenance of pumping units, generators, and equipment. some experience on heavy equiptmentsuch as backhoe,loader,tractor trailer,10 ton crane,autocar. extensive experience on ideco service rig. Some experience on the Ideco drilling rig.

• Masonite siding, soffit, fascia, trim, metal roofs, decks, setting doors and windows, final punch list. Set up and pour curb, gutter, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, and stairs.

• set up and pour foundations,build garages,vinyl siding,redwood siding,metal roofs. set double wide modular homes on foundations with jack and roller system.

Masonite siding, soffit, trim, and board fencing.

Composition shingles, build-ups, rubberized roll roofing, cap sheet.

Performed maintenance of 286 apartments in three different locations, as well as grounds and irrigation systems.

Loading of petroleum products onto trucks, operating scales, producing bills of lading.

Composition roofing, hot roofing, rubberized roll roofing, vinyl, steel, and aluminum siding, soffit, and fascia.
