I have worked in process since starting work at a Glass manufacturing facility in 1998. At that facility I worked my way up to a leadership role within one year. And then went on to run more complicated equipment where I was responsible for the up keep of the equipment I was operating.
After working in the Glass plant for 10 years I moved on to Work at ADM which is a corn processing plant. In the time I have worked at ADM I have operated an entire ethanol producing dept. including but not limited to a fermentation process, a distillation process, and various evaporation processes. I have worked as a supervisor in the Pellet Feed dept where I managed 12 individuals on a shift. Most recently I have worked as an SME for the syrup Refinery. Where most of my job consists of overseeing the maintenance of all of the equipment within the dept.
