- Performed thousands of PM’s on many tractor makes, models and years.
- Complete HVAC repair and diagnosis.
- Rear Structure,(flywheel housing),remove and replace/repair on Mercedes, Detroit 60’series,Cummins ISX as well as others.
- Replaced many high pressure fuel pumps, turbos and air compressors with retrofit kits on Maxx Force engines 13 and 15,(4 hours average time for each)
- Remove and replace clutches, motor mounts, transmission mounts, wheel seals, starters, differentials, power dividers, fifth wheels.
- Complete exhaust repair from drilling and removing broken bolts from heads to troubleshooting dozer valves and DEF systems, also installing flex pipe and band clamps and mufflers.
- R and R spring hangers, spring bushings, springs themselves, also axles, steer axle as well as drive axles.
- R and R king pins and bushings as well as tie rod ends, drag links and steering gear boxes and seals.
- R and R front and rear crank seals, valve covers, etc.
- Used forklifts to move inoperable vehicles into shop.
- Used process of elimination and inspection of components to properly diagnose vehicles.
- Manufactured tools for many jobs.
- R and R trailer floors, equalizer bushings, brake backing plates.
- PTO operation and diagnostic comprehension.
- Installed complete wet kits, pumps and PTO's on numerous trucks.
