James Talmers

I am a 21 year old student who is very familiar with the Birmingham are and those living in it. I am also well accustomed to restaurant ethics and expectations. I have interacted and dealt with a variety of people making me easy to work with and ask of. I take initiative while also following the command of those above me. It has been a long-sought ambition of mine to work in fine-dining as my mother owned and operated a restaurant years ago. There is a certain honor and expectation I plan to uphold for the tradition customer service and fine dining that is important for me to take part in for the sake of the business.
