  • I set up and managed the Mobile Equipment Dept for Encore Wire, as well as managing their Parts Dept. In the Mobile Equipment Dept, this included managing a fleet of over 250 pieces of equipment, including forklifts, yard trucks, aerial equipment, tug tractors, skid steers, and a fleet of trailers. Management duties also included supervision of the Mobile Equipment Mechanics, ordering parts, and working with vendors, whether for parts purchases or replacement equipment.
  • The Parts Dept housed all the spare machine parts for keeping the Manufacturing Plants running. These parts came from 16 different countries and managing lead times was critical. I had a Supervisor and 21 employees reporting to me in this role.
