- Mount Vernon News building remodel. Bring 3 separate services into building, (1200A, 800A, 400A) for new tenant spaces. Finish lower floor into Mount Vernon Nazarene College Cyber Security/Engineering Lab. Coordinate with all other trades to navigate through 100 year old building. Design did not take into account any support structures or other trades. Redesign service entrance to fit into space available. Mostly exposed pipe work.
- Envisage/Invicta Wealth Management- high end building with large amounts of art. Design build with daily onsite meetings throughout the process. Unique lighting package and millwork with lots of detail to take into account while designing electrical layout with other trades. Still currently finishing this project.

- Maintenance any needs of the plant from adding outlets and lighting to troubleshooting insturmentation. One of the two instrument techs responsible for running explosive atmosphere conduit and wiring to the Delta V system. Starting computer programming of the system during the end of my time here. I took the job to get closer to a 40-hour week and home. I ended working here due to working 6-7 days a week, 12+ hours a day, for 4 months straight. I made sure to get the company through the main hardship before I left. They were given over a two-month warning before my last day. This was more often the schedule, with being understaffed on the maintenance crew the entire time I was there.

- Expansion to Momentive. 1000Amp expansion, connection of quartz cylinder equipment.

- Natural gas/water repair line facility. Another new building out of the ground and oversaw moving all equipment from old building.

- Los Angeles International Airport night shift general foreman. Directed main disturbution home runs thru first phase of airport expansion. I had 16 men directly reporting to me. I was responsible for all conduit orders delivered across airport runway. Bent all night shift large conduit on 4" table bender. Laid out controls of baggage sorting and belt system. Was directly responsible for layout and welding of supports for controls through out belt system.
- USC General Hospital journeyman for a year. Promoted to foreman responsible for main distubution onto upper floors of outpatient building. Finalized all earthquake rack support issues through out building with engineers. Lead final punch out of inpatient building, connecting all medical equipment and controls.
