Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Cleaning:
  Pre-washing, rinsing, drying, and sometimes applying wax or protective coatings to vehicles.
• Interior Detailing
• Vacuuming and cleaning the interiors of cars.
• Equipment Operation
• Operating and maintaining car wash equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Customer Service:
• Guiding customers through service options, processing payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the car wash facility and work area.

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer menu questions, promote products, and address complaints to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash and credit card payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are recorded correctly and the correct change is provided to customers.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy counter area and dining space.
• Restocking: Restock supplies such as napkins and condiments for the counter area.
• Food Safety: Adhere to food safety procedures and maintain a clean area

• Greeting and Assistance:
  Proactively engage customers by welcoming them and offering help with products and services.
• Issue Resolution:
  Address customer concerns and questions, aiming to ensure a satisfying experience.
• Positive Behavior:
  Model and share best practices for customer service, including interpersonal skills like courtesy and offering proactive help
• Sales and Transactions:
  Efficiently register customer purchases, process transactions, including voids, returns, and exchanges.

• Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Customer Service: Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals, and provide a "fun, full-service experience" to all customers.
• Store Operations: Perform all operational and loss prevention procedures accurately, complete assigned tasks promptly, and use the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Merchandising and Stocking:Maintain store appearance and organize the stockroom, which may include assisting with visual displays and processing incoming shipments.
• Communication: Effectively communicate all store needs to store management and demonstrate the Journeys culture.
• Training: Complete all required training and be willing to learn.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current fashion trends.
