  • We then put together a game plan that put us all on the same page
  • Both agencies compared Operational procedures and objectives as they relate to the mitigation of an emergency
  • We looked at areas that made all tasks easier to manage based on span of control and working with possible multi agencies
  • The results since have been a better line of communication from their Dispatchers to ours and visa versa
  • Communication and Training is key when comes to all safety
