As a production technician my responsibilities are;

As a Natural Gas Plant Operator my Responsibilities are;

• Monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature, level, and flow gauges, and perform regular unit checks to ensure that all equipment is operating as it should.
• Control operation of compressors, scrubbers, evaporators, and refrigeration equipment to liquefy, compress, or regasify natural gas.
• Start and shut down plant equipment.

• My job title is only a fraction of what I do for this company. Primary roles at American Safety vary from, Conducting onsite 3rd party safety audits for a variety of companies such as roustabout crews, poly pipelines, and help enforce safety behaviors in the field. Inspect, service and certify portable fire extinguishers, as well as teaching fire safety.
• Lead safety meetings and training classes to educate workers on safe practices and important policies. Inspected customer facilities to ensure that they met fire, hazard and safety guidelines. As well as train and educate new American safety employees. Have obtained many certifications throughout my safety career, please review the certification column.
• As far as Sales, Identified client needs, built relationships and overcame objections to drive sales. Enhanced territory operations through successful cold-calling of area business leaders and establishing favorable contracts. Built strong rapport with clients by understanding needs and clearly explaining products and services.

Hardbanding is the process of depositing hardfacing alloys onto drill pipe tool joints, collars, heavy weight drill pipe and other down hole components to protect both casing and drill string assets from abrasive wear. Hardbanding is most commonly applied to the box end of drill pipe.

• As a hardbander my role was to apply hardboard on drill pipe, joints and collars by using a specialized welding machine. Kept a positive attitude focused on learning new processes and techniques. Collaborated with drill pipe inspectors to ensure smooth work flow and efficient organization operations.

Obtained a Type B Fire Extinguisher Portables license, with this license I am permitted to install, certify, or service portable extinguishers and Hydro-statically test DOT non-specification portable fire extinguishers. Also able to hydro-static test DOT specification fire extinguishers with a Type C registered Firm. Became a CPR(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)/MFA(Medical first Aid) Instructor through Medic First Aid. Became a BW Technologies/Biosystems certified technician through HoneyWell Analytics. Also instructed classes such as H2S Awareness, Confined Space Entrant/Attendant and conducted respiratory Fit testing. With all these certifications I would assist HSE's with onsite audits, training's and maintenance/service gas detection systems.

As a pulling unit inspector, I would randomly conduct safety audits per OSHA regulations on assigned pulling units. The inspection would consist of Reviewing their JSA (Job Safety Analysis), inspecting their emergency breathing air equipment (SCBA\'s), Fire Extinguishers are up to date and are in compliance, testing of personal Gas detection monitors as well as Calibrating the Gas detection system on the pulling unit. Inspect First Aid kits, Bloodborne Pathogen kits, and Eye Wash stations.

• As a Field Technician, I Provided customer services as an onsite, certified confined space rescue and safety supervisor.
• Monitored site safety over assigned work crews. Provided onsite trailer facility breathing air systems and respiratory equipment testing, portable gas detection monitor calibration, and field level maintenance and technical repair services.
• As a safety supervisor, we were required to be available 24/7 as our clients work around the clock.

As a Warehouse Associate we are responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual and automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product.

• This includes functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and storing of medical products. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products.
• Actively involved in committees to make our work environment more enjoyable while improving efficiency such as VOE (Voice of the employee) and running Kaizens, which is a continuous improvement of working practices, and personal efficiency.
