• As a laborer, I am responsible for helping with lane closures. Setting up cones, barrels for Road Work zones.
• I lay out, stripe permanent and temporary road markings for Highway and roads all over Nassau and Suffolk County.
• Set up trucks in the yard, making sure they are ready to hit the roads, and the right material is on the truck for the work being performed that night.
• Assisted the layout team in the Interstate 495, Southern State Parkways, and many other newly paved roads around Long Island by laying out hatching, crosswalks, edgelines, double yellows, skips, cat tracks, and islands using DOT plans.
• At the end of every night, I am would be responsible for picking up the cones we dropped and blew off the roads to remove any excess glass reflective beads that are applied on any arrow or crosswalks, stop bars, etc.
• Throughout the night, we use heavy-duty machinery.
• Working as a team is the only way to get the job done, and safety is our priority when working on the roads.

• Assist Project managers in construction projects, Mainly focusing on interior construction and Restroom remodeling. On a daily base i communicate with architects, building engineers, building management and clients. I've successfully finished Projects for clients such as Levis, Nine West, Roc Nation, Republic Clothing and other in the Midtown area NYC.
• Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors. I also resolve any issues that interfere with their work.
• Ensure Health And safety compliance in accordance with city and OSHA regulations.
• Supervise Night Demolitions and mark out what needs to be demolished as per drawings.
• Assist with frames, doors and hardware schedule.
• Coordinate A crew of laborers with daily task.
• Took part in meetings with administrative team and project manager to discuss project progress RfI's, Back charges and other outstanding issues.
• Complete Punchlists at the end of the project.

• Managed vendor relationships to optimize supply chain and product quality, including consulting on pricing and delivery structures.
• Coordinated maintenance on company fleet that was made up of 60 Vans.
• Managed A crew of 15 guys to ensure Warehouse was up to par. making sure every van had the right materials so workers could perform their daily task.
• Incorporated the bar code system to completely change the way the warehouse was running. it helped me keep track of tools and material.
• Constantly kept inventory on material being shipped in on a daily basis
• Built a brand new warehouse with the help of my team after the company moved from one location to the other.
• Hired, trained and motivated warehouse staff to meet tight schedules and demanding performance targets.

• Filled up containers and disposed them twice a week.
• picked up construction material that would be delivered on a daily basis and brought it up to job sites.
• Demolished interior walls, Sprinkler systems, Doors and Frames, glass walls and doors using the right ppe.
