Duties include performing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on all Manual and Automated Operating Assembly Cells which include Siemens S7/TIA Portal PLC S1500 Controllers and PLC Software, Variable Frequency Drives and numerous Kuka 6 Axis K4 Controller Robots in which all require extensive knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatic and Mechanical aptitude. Also responsible for Continuous Improvement and Equipment Optimization while maintaining a Safe Working Atmosphere.
  • Previous assignments were the Body Shop in which was used to manufacture the automotive body of the BMW X5 and Z4 Models which required performing both preventive and corrective actions to manual and automated robot cells using Allen Bradley PLC -5 Logic Controls and Software, SEW VFD, Festo Pneumatic Components, Nomak Welding Equipment, used to assemble body structures and framing.
  • Assembly Plant Fluid Fill Line which was used to fill the finished unit with the correct and amount of required automotive fluids needed for operation via various pumps and automated controlled filling equipment.
