As a long-time asset for the company, I was responsible for traveling to patient’s homes and/or medical centers in order to set up new patients with home medical services. These services included setting up new home oxygen equipment, hospital beds and other medical items as well as educating patients on how to operate and maintain said machinery/equipment. During my time with Lincare, our business grew every single quarter that I was on the team, and would regularly get glowing reviews for my outstanding customer service and technical knowledge when it came to my patients.
Prior to my tenure at Lincare was a sales rep for a results-oriented wireless company with 9.5+ years of experience and a proven knowledge of retail and sales excellence: I was responsible for adding and growing our small business portion at US Cellular. During my tenure our business accounts grew immensely, with an increase of 40% in small business adds during my first quarter and Client Relations: During my 6 years of employment for US Cellular I consistently was awarded with compliments from my customer base. So much so that the rest of my team frequently looked to my guidance to ensure customer satisfaction in our store.
