As a General Foreman for TCG., my role within the company would evolve as the project matured. On several projects, after the midpoint of the project my responsibilities would greatly increase. As the Project Manager and Superintendents would move on to the next project it would become my responsibility to finish the job at hand. As this process progressed the responsibilities would not only include overall oversite but also safety, human resources, RFI's, inventory and purchase of consumables, weld tracking, field route Isometric Drawings, new piping Isometric Drawings, scheduling, tracking,etc.
