Skilled in Autodesk, Microstation and Trimble technologies, I excelled at McKim & Creed, mastering both field and office aspects of land surveying. Known for exceptional teamwork and leadership, I worked directly with our Crew Chiefs and office staff to ensure standards and deadlines were achieved. My expertise spans from data processing to creating detailed as-built surveys and packaging up submittals for various districts, showcasing a blend of technical proficiency and collaborative skills. However most importantly I’m a decent person with a great attitude and a quick learner. With proper instruction I truly believe there isn’t anything I can learn and excel in.
•Became a solid Land Surveyor in and out of the office due to instruction I recieved at McKim & Creed.
•Used Civil 3D and Carlson to produce as-built surveys for construction and boundary
projects.
• Used Trimble Access/Buisness center in the field and office to record and process data.
•Produced data files for the field crew for stakeouts and worked directly with Crew Chiefs, giving direction on exactly what is expected for each site.
•Used Microstation and Open Roads Designer to produce DGN files for FDOT.
•Entered and certified payroll using BST program when office was absent of admin for six months.
•Not only traveled with company for out of town projects but also worked overnight in restricted sites like Tampa International Airport.
•Multiple jobs I've personally shot the field data, processed my own data in office, imported data in Autodesk or Microstation and made needed revisions to create final submittal for district.
•Learned to become a flexible employee. Filled many roles when short on field staff or even stepped up when office admin work needed to be completed.
•Used AutoCad and other Autodesk programs (Civil 3D, Revit & Carlson) to produce as-built, foundation, plot plans or final surveys for construction or county permitting.
• Worked and communicated daily with field staff and other techs to ensure all deadlines were met and satisfied.
•Modified existing drawings as requested by engineers or clients.
•Maintained files according to company standards for archiving.
•Reviewed prints prior to release to ensure accuracy while meeting client expectations.
