I'm a street vendor that sells 1/4 lb hotdogs, hamburgers, bratwurst, and fresh-squeezed lemonades all year round. I do fairs and private events for weddings, daycares, and the city of Warrensburg employees, including city fire, police departments, and city hall employees. When there is not a fair or private event, I set up around town and sell to the public during the day and at night, selling to the bar crowd after bar close so they don't have to drive to a fast food drive-throw. I take the food (restaurant) to them.
