
With 20+ years working for the FBI and as a police officer and 8+ years in Business Management, I have learned from and greatly benefited from collaboration between partners. Building teams from different backgrounds and different skill-sets has been key to bringing the best talents and resources together to successfully accomplish any project. My leadership and eye towards innovation has lead to constantly seeking improvement and learning for myself and my teams.
I am extremely hardworking and dedicated to improving processes and abilities through training, team building, empowering others, and providing the leadership needed to manage any and all projects. I am passionate about improving the safety and security of citizens through constant improvement of law enforcement practices.
