With 20+ years working for the FBI and as a police officer and 8+ years in Business Management, I have learned from and greatly benefited from collaboration between partners. Building teams from different backgrounds and different skill-sets has been key to bringing the best talents and resources together to successfully accomplish any project. My leadership and eye towards innovation has lead to constantly seeking improvement and learning for myself and my teams.

I am extremely hardworking and dedicated to improving processes and abilities through training, team building, empowering others, and providing the leadership needed to manage any and all projects. FBI Border Liaison Officer

  • As FBI Border Liaison Officer, worked daily with Government of Mexico counterparts to combat violent crime, kidnapping, corruption, and other criminal activity affecting the US/Mexico border.
  • Provided frequent training to Mexican law enforcement on complex investigations related to border security.
  • Managed Border Violence Prevention efforts of US and Mexican counterparts.
  • Provided detailed bi-weekly reports to FBI leadership on all outcomes, progress on projects, future initiatives, and continued education provided to Mexican law enforcement.
  • Temporary duty assignment in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, for six months in 2021 for INL Honduras. Established a training program for Honduran law enforcement and prosecutors on the use of sophisticated techniques, assets, surveillance, asset forfeiture, and formation of law enforcement/prosecutor teams working closely together. All training included elements of human rights and anti-corruption.

  • FBI's Legal Attache with regional responsibilities for El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize.
  • Collaborated with Attorney's General and Director's General of El Salvador and Honduras to initiate a program to significantly enhance cooperation between police and prosecutors, using advanced sophisticated techniques available in their countries to combat violent criminal gangs, transnational organized crime groups, and public corruption.
  • Worked closely with INL to develop and implement programs to combat public corruption and money laundering. Provided direct FBI mentorship to El Salvador anti-corruption and asset forfeiture teams.
  • Managed three transnational anti-gang teams composed of FBI Agents, police officers and prosecutors from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. These three teams included over 120 foreign police officers, prosecutors, and 6 FBI Agents.
  • Established training curriculums at the International Law Enforcement Academy (IEA) in El Salvador, in advanced crime scene investigations and cryptanalysis courses for regional law enforcement agencies and prosecutors.
  • Provided assistance and training to El Salvador anti-kidnapping teams and the use of INL-provided tracking equipment.

  • Developed a Philippines National Bureau of Investigations Team to combat sex trafficking of minors, locate and apprehend US fugitives, invesigate kidnappings of Americans, and combat international terrorist groups affiliated with al-Qaeda and ISIS.
  • Initiated and completed a program to scan and digitize all Philippines criminal fingerprint cards and provide Philippines law enforcement with digital fingerprint scanners (over 750,000 fingerprint records). Worked with Philippines school for the hearing impaired to provide their students with jobs doing the physical scanning of the fingerprint records.
  • Established a digital fingerprint training protocol for the Philippines National Police.
  • Initiated and completed a program to modernize collection and comparisons of DNA in criminal investigations. Brought FBI CODIS system to Philippines National Police crime laboratory.
  • Established training for over 40 Philippines National Police criminal laboratory employees on DNA collection and comparisons.
  • Provided a block of instruction for Philippines criminal justice students on ethics, anti-corruption, and human rights.

  • From 2008 to 2010, developed and implemented frequent human rights/anti-corruption training at the Oklahoma State Law Enforcement Academy and individual police academies for Oklahoma City Police, Lawton Police, Edmond Police, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and Moore Police academies. These training modules were mandatory for all Oklahoma police cadets as well as continued education training for senior officers and leaders.
  • Project manager for all Civil Rights investigations in Oklahoma.
  • Developed relationships and provided training to the Oklahoma minority communities to protect them against hate crimes. Specifically worked with at-risk communities such as: Black, Latino, Jewish, Muslim, and LGBTQ. Ensured that these at-risk communities had a direct line of reporting to the FBI and US Attorney's Office and that they clearly understood the protections provided by federal law.
  • Organized, initiated, and managed anti-human trafficking group with law enforcement partners and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs). This led to state of Oklahoma writing and approving a state anti-human trafficking law that mimicked federal law and implemented many holistic, victim-centered approaches.
  • Worked counter-terrorism investigations of terrorist organization responsible for murder of several US military personnel, leading to arrests of leadership of the terrorist group. Provided monthly written updates on accomplishments, budget, challenges, and goals.
  • Investigated major drug trafficking organizations leading to largest methamphetamine seizure in Nevada history.
  • Attended FBI academy for five months. Received training on ethics, criminal investigative techniques, legal, defensive tactives, use of force, firearms, etc.
