Responsible for accurately forecasting the total cost of a project by reviewing plans, scope of work, and site conditions. They attend job walks to assess existing conditions and gather project details firsthand. The estimator calculates labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead costs to prepare competitive bids and proposals.

Being an asbestos supervisor, I oversaw all aspects of the field operations of my assigned projects. Managed all crew members to ensure the timely completion of the job, and to ensure compliance with all safety and work regulations while on site.

• Highly productive and knowledgeable in removal of asbestos insulation and other asbestos-containing material.
• Proficient in Ecxel, Exactime, Share Point, Outlook, and Acrobat systems.

I am responsible for the timely completion of the project given. This includes the building and removal of containments, the removal of ACM, and handling mold remediation. I work closely with the supervisor and superintendent to understand goals, and help achieve those daily. I am responsible for vehicle tracking to ensure our vehicles' maintenance and needed documents are up to date and recorded. Organization of the job site and warehouse to ensure a professional manner and attitude toward our customers.

I had direct communication with the customer to ensure the proper guidance of a product that fit their needs. I personally handled the inventory for the department to ensure accurate numbers for our in-store systems. Replenished sales floor merchandise and organized shelves, racks, and bins to maintain an optimal appearance for our customers.
