As I was sentenced to several years,( 20 years for an unarmed bank robbery), I tried to always use the time to learn new things that I could use upon my release. That experience totally changed my life. It changed my whole outlook on life. It also taught me good communication skills as I was in a very diverse setting. I communicate very well with others. It taught me the ability to have a positive outlook towards life. I learned a lot and I'm greatfull for it.

- Gained technical skills while serving my time in the Federal Bureau of Prison. While there I used my time to learn new skills that I could hopefully use upon my release. I'm proficient at using most any type of hand tool. I also have experience using table saws, and overhead drill press. I also relieved a certificate for learning how to solder electrical parts to military specs.
- I have several awards for artwork that I submitted to several different contests. ( I paint,oil as well as acrilic), I also draw very good with pencils and I learned to paint murals.
- I also learned janitorial work, ( such as stripping and waxing a floor).
