  • As Production Deputy (GS-13) I was responsible for overseeing the completion of 5100 Avionics repairs yearly while operating on a $38.5 million budget for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) partnerships with Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BAE, Northrop Grumman and our Military customers.
  • As the Calibration Deputy (GS-13) I was responsible overseeing the calibration of 10-12 thousand items yearly operating on a $4.3 million dollar budget. This included Electronic and Physical dimensional calibration on Automated Test systems (ATS) for the F35 program, Performance Based Logistics (PBL) partnerships, Fleet and FRC calibration including all ancillary equipment needed to maintain these systems.
  • Attended Program Management Reviews (PMR) for all our customers and Joint Defense Acquisition Working Group (JDAWG) conferences as the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) representative for production and calibration. I held briefs for FRCSE Commanding Officer, FRCSE and PBL upper management and the Joint Program Office (JPO) on current equipment status and new capability establishment for the F35 Avionic systems to complete contractual milestones for production and calibration.
  • Consulted with the FRCSE Business office, PBL partnerships and systems engineering on all Avionic capability establishments, contract reviews and verification that all technical and contractual requirements are being adhered too. I posses a working knowledge of Title 10 public law and the Naval Aviation Maintenance Manual 4790.2 required for capability establishment.
  • Held daily, weekly and monthly meetings with all production and calibration shops, partnerships and field service support representatives to discuss, prioritize and resolve any production or calibration issues or schedules leading to successful partnering.
  • Monitored and tracked material and labor costs, workload hours, parts cost/usage and equipment downtime for repair and calibration. Weekly discussions with our partnerships to ensure we are meeting all contractual and work scope requirements. This was noted by Lockheed Martin in our outstanding delivery numbers of the HOTAS repairs for the F35 system.
  • Continually received outstanding customer reviews through diligent scheduling coordination, ensuring all deliverables were met within agreed timeframes and under budget. This was noted with all partnerships across numerous product lines and new capability stand ups..
  • Continually worked with our PBL partnerships, NAVAIR Metrology Engineering, Field Service Engineers and FRCSE team members to meet all calibration needs and requirements for present and future equipment.
