I can adapt quickly to any working environment. I can work as a part of a team or alone. I enjoyed leading a team of kids in my counseling job because we felt like a family. I have also been a part of team jobs volunteering for the Service League of Boys as well as being a part of solo volunteering opportunities. I can get any job done with the proper training and I will cause no problems in the workplace.
Driven and dynamic, I excelled as a Counselor-in-Training at Hi-Five Sports Camp, where I adeptly managed conflicts and fostered team unity among campers aged 6-12. Leveraging interpersonal communication and sports skills, I supported the Lead Counselor in strategic planning, demonstrating a profound ability to prioritize tasks and listen actively to both peers and children.
During my time volunteering and being a part of the Service League of Boys I have found great joy in lending my time to the community. Wether it is helping the environment, local businesses, or the elderly I get the job done.
During my freshman year of high school, and my second consecutive year playing football, I was introduced to a routine way of working out which i adapted and used during and outside of football. Sadly, near the end of my freshman season I received to concussions back-to-back on the frontline, preventing me from finishing the season and playing sports for safety reasons until fall of my sophomore year. Even though I couldn't engage in sports I kept myself fit by weightlifting which I love and still do to this day. I have also since started basketball and create a new rec team every year at the Y.
I have no fall sports so I am free for most work hours that aren't during school. During other times of the year I am still mostly free but there may be small conflicts. I have my own transportation so you can count on me not to be late.
