Summary

As an employee of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, I have been able to contribute and improve the overall operations of the Authority in many aspects. As an internal audit professional, advancements in internal controls and policy improvements throughout the Agency were achieved. As a member of the Executive staff, I participated in monitoring existing and new policies as well as participating in major engineering and construction initiatives, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and planning future tolling projects. A personal goal would be to continue to lead and assist the NJTA's overall transportation responsibilities to both it's patrons and to the state of New Jersey.

  • Works closely with Authority leadership and Board of Commissioners to guide operational strategies and goals.
  • Insures compliance to the NJTA's Mission Statement by setting organizational goals and objectives.
  • Exercises appropriate cost control to meet budget requirements as well as all bond covenants and requirements.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of government to insure the Agency's overall commitment in properly serving our patrons.

  • Established policy over non-toll revenue areas such as the Service Area Redevelopment Project and other technology driven revenue agreements.
