• Re-pipe/remodel of 220+ units in an occupied building from new underground waste piping to finish in all units. New domestic hot water and steam boilers as well as new steam condensate system in basement. Survey of all radiators and replacement where needed. New laundry room, and new communal kitchen for tenants.
• Designed piping in most units where approved drawings did not work.
• Coordinated schedules, tools, and material for crew, up to 13 members on crew at one point. Supervised all installation to make sure work was done to code and at a quality that met my standard.

Oak Days Hotel, 8350 Edes Ave, Oakland. January 2025 - March 2026

• BBI Construction
• 150 unit T.I. in occupied building.
• 15 Full gut ADA remodel, remaining rooms got new toilets and shower heads, other repairs where needed.
• New Laundry room, new boilers and storage tanks for domestic hot water system.
• Side building with full remodel of communal kitchen and added restrooms, Full replacement of underground waste piping, all new rough in for fixtures including island sinks.
• Mostly on my own for the duration of the job, one to two apprentices at times when needed to meet the schedule.

Homekey 1 Affordable Housing. 8452 Edes Ave, Oakland. October 2025 - March 2026

• D+H Construction
• Took over job late in the project during the end stages of my previous site, finished remaining eight ADA unit remodels from start to finish as well as new condensate for AC units in around 50 rooms.
• One Journeyman and one apprentice for half of my time on this job, by myself for the remaining time, coordinating schedules and material with the general as well as installing.
