Responsible for mechanical performance of Printing, Cutting and FInishing equipment to meet the Standard Equipment Operational Specifications. Drive Operational Efficiencies to meet or exceed Company Quoted Standards. Drive cultural change improving Operations to a "Proactive" attitude amongst crews. Train all employees to preform daily preventive maintenance. Assemble, Install, test and repair finishing, printing, die-cutting and sheeting equipment. Schedule service, preform Operational and Mechanical PMs and report costs of routine preventative maintenance to business unit manager. Collaborate effectively with production staff, supervisors, team leads and operators in general mechanical tasks to be preformed and completed by Maintenance department and operational team members on a daily, and weekly basis.

Responsible to source equipment, goods and services by using system to plan, schedule and maintain inventory and cost control for manufacturing process. Created and calculated purchase orders to follow price quotes and reductions. Negotiated purchases to insure lowest cost consistent with company standards for quality products.
