Work with each individual's team to develop and implement an individualized care plan.
Provide information to assist Case Managers in developing and updating assessments, and Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Create a welcoming environment and delegate assignments to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and or Aids in the implementation of individual programming and site operations.
Assess and utilize instructional techniques, materials, curricular resources and professional consultation as necessary to enhance programming.
Supervise the voting process at assigned polling stations.
Make sure all mail-in ballots are signed and dated within the stipulated time frame of elections.
Provide voters with electoral information at the polling stations.
Help prevent voter fraud and ensure transparency during elections by supervising election materials including ballot boxes and polling places.
