As a Quality Inspector I was tasked with various duties throughout the day. I was responsible for the inspection of aircraft parts that arrived from various supplier's throughout the country and abroad. The expectation was to inspect the parts to the Engineer's Type Design Drawing and report findings in the E10 software data base.
I was also responsible for conducting a weekly Material Review Board (MRB) meeting which consisted with meeting with Engineer's, Purchasing and Quality personnel to determine what should happen to discrepant parts. This may include in house re-work, outside re-work of send the part(s) back to the vendor for credit or re-issue.
KAC is heavily monitored by the FAA, so attention to detail and accurate reporting is a must.

As a Network Technician, I was responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning and de-commissioning of network infrastructure for public use.
