• Performs comprehensive physical assessments of newly admitted patients, including taking medical history, reviewing current medications, and assessing vital signs.
• Administers medications as prescribed, and documents administration.
• Reports any changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.

• Supervises and mentors new nursing staff in providing rehabilitative nursing services.
• Assesses patient conditions, monitors behaviors, and updates supervising physicians with observations and concerns.
• Provides direct patient care, such as wound dressing changes, administering medications, vital signs monitoring, and basic life support.
• Communicates regularly with physicians regarding changes in patient status, or response to treatment regimen.
