EOD MEMORIAL FOUNDATION

  • Nonprofit organization that serves the EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) community by providing financial support to active-duty and veteran wounded, injured or ill EOD warriors, families of our wounded/fallen EOD warriors and by maintaining the EOD Memorial.
  • Hired into this executive leadership role by the Board of Directors to restructure the organization, standardize operations, oversee resource development, lead fund-raising initiatives/campaigns, develop/implement best practices, streamline efficiencies, and achieve the goals and mission of the organization.
  • Improved overall operations by developing all of the administrative, financial, and operational policies.
  • Recruited and developed executive-level Board of Directors with strong business and senior leadership backgrounds to provide input and strategy for advancing the vision and mission of the foundation.
  • Recruited and managed a team of up to 30 volunteers, and provided leadership direction for planning and overseeing the organization’s largest fundraising weekend event and auction that generated up to $200,000 in donations.
  • Co-founded the annual Global EOD Conference that established a new source of funding with no added expense to the EOD Memorial Foundation generating net revenue of $50,000 each conference.
