- Interacts closely with designated customer executives and respective GSA Senior Customer Advisors in the development and execution of targeted customer overall real estate portfolio and leasing needs
- As a senior real estate specialist, represents GSA PBS NCR to senior officials of current and prospective client agencies involving the most diverse, complex, and politically sensitive projects, providing timely and effective liaison between GSA NCR and the client agency
- Serves as a troubleshooter to craft unique solutions to perceived or real customer space problems ensuring an overall positive image to our customer agencies and GSA/PBS
