- Hyllion: Installed two new 400amp panels fed from switchgear for 3D printing aluminum and chromium cobalt parts and pieces for proprietary purposes. From the new and existing available panels installed required circuits to feed multiple German 3D printers necessitating 480v to 240v transformers and overcurrent protection of 50-100amps depending on machine. (Mostly performed alone but used 1-2 workers when needed)
- Tested, troubleshot, and calibrated equipment in field.
- Tested wiring and other system parts for electrical function and future needs.
- Installed electrical conduit and wiring for power, controls, and lighting.
- Assisted with emergency and scheduled shutdowns while performing regular electrical duties.
