At-Risk Claims with non-bens and beneficiary patients. Verifying insurance for patients using
Availity and other websites for CIGNA, EMBS, GEHA, Medicaid, Meritain and VSP. Processing
payments and coordination of benefit to determine sequence of payers. Transfer payment
balances from payers to correct payer if need be based on the EOB or the insurance provider
website. Call insurance providers to get more information to why the insurance claim was
rejected, denied and resubmit the corrected claims.
