• Lead for DB containers (7 engineers, 3+ teams), a foundational project to allow the AI agent to create multi-database workflows on a single page
• Lead for App Packaging (5 engineers, 2 teams), an AI onboarding and workspace setup feature which increased weekly database users by 5%
• Lead for Notion workspace home (5 engineers, 2 teams), drives adoption to Notion Calendar and the Notion AI Agent

• Tech led frontend rewrite of SF affordable housing portal from legacy technology to React/TypeScript.

• 2017 - 2020, Anti-discrimination team: Tech-lead and engineer for various projects to reduce discrimination and racial bias on Airbnb, including:
  - A feature to hide guest photos from hosts until their booking is confirmed. This feature had the largest impact to reduce discrimination in history of team.
• 2015 - 2017, Instant Book team: Built various product enhancements to increase Instant Book usage by hosts across site and Android app. These changes enabled Instant Book growth from less than 30% of all bookings to over 70%.

Developed an internal app builder tool using Google Web Toolkit, a Java web technology.

• Awarded $25,000 under 2013 Future of Information Alliance Seed Grant competition for an educational iOS app that puts a social-justice twist on campus walking tours.
