- Shared knowledge of menu items and flavors, enabling customers to make personal decisions based on taste and interest
- Guide each Guest thru a tour of the Wine/Liquor/Food Menu
- Verbalize any Chef Features or Wine/Liquor features that are not on the Menu
- Studied & learned extensive product knowledge regarding Food Ingredients, Wine/Liquor/Beer to properly inform Guests of the menu offerings so personal decisions may be made based on taste and interest
- Increased sales significantly by upselling higher-end products to customers
- Correctly communicate any modifications/allergy concerns to the Kitchen/Bar thru POS system and/or verbally regarding Guests orders
- Ensure delivery of each course of the dining experience in a timely manner
- Confirm that each Guest is satisfied & are happy with what is being enjoyed plus verify if anything else may be brought at that time to further enhance their dining experience
- Remove/Provide any plates/silverware/glasses that are needed for each course
