Summary

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has been working as a home health/hospice Physical Therapist since September of 2022. I provide a holistic approach to my therapeutic interventions and plans of care. This comes with an understanding that improving patient safety, improving patient knowledge of their comorbidities, establishing excellent patient rapport, and ensuring access to community resources will greatly supplement a patient's progress in restoring their mobility and overall function. I value interdisciplinary treatment and communication to maximize quality of care. I demonstrate professionalism, patient-centric ideals, and a desire to further improve the field of physical therapy.
