As leader in the field of education which includes the development and delivery of curriculum, it is crucial to be patient and compassionate, showing empathy and understanding to the diverse needs and abilities of others. There is pride in being creative, well prepared, and organized for daily lessons and meetings. Strong content knowledge and experience with research-based interventions and remedial programs are implemented to build and increase students' literacy development and support colleagues. Loyalty and commitment to supporting team includes good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others. Spreading enthusiasm and energy within the workplace is motivating and inspiring for ourselves and those we work with.

Safe Harbor Grief Center (Abington Hospital), 08/01/23, 05/01/23, Met with groups of teens or younger children, weekly throughout the school year, for on-going bereavement support for grieving children and their caregiver who have lost a family member.
