  • I take incoming calls from various customers who need roadside assistance. If they need a tow, a tire change, fuel delivery, jump start or they have lock their keys in the car they would call me and I will collect all the important information like their current location the problem with their vehicle. I also collect their insurance policy number unless their roadside is covered through their OEM warranty. I have to determine if they have roadside assistance or not. If not then I collect the payment over the phone to pay for the service they require. I also handle vendor calls, if the service provider need additional equipment to preform their job then I will add that to the PO so the service provider will be paid. I also request VCC for some cases if I am unable to locate an in network service provider, meaning one that accepts PO's from us.

Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

  • I enjoyed being able to have an extended amount of time with our guest while on the over night shift. I was able to get to know some their preferences so I was able to ensure they had an amazing experience that would assist in keeping the guest coming back to my hotel. I would print various reports adjust the house balances, process credit card payments, make and fulfill reservations, switch the day over to the new day, fill in where I was needed. This has been by far my most rewarding job thus far.
