Scrub Tech- Preparing operating room for surgical procedures, obtaining needed supplies, instruments & equipment. Setting up back table, passing instruments, holding retractor, & anticipating the needs of the surgeon.

Pre-Op LPN- perform patient intake, taking vital signs, starting IV, filling out necessary paperwork

Supply Coordinator- order supplies for OR department, put away supplies, stock OR's , find alternates for back ordered items.

Other Job Duties- update surgeon preference cards, move photo files into patient charts, team leader & work in pre op as needed

Scrub Tech- collecting instrumentation & supplies needed for surgical procedures, opening sterile instruments & packages, maintaining sterile field.

Endoscopy Tech- preparing GI suite for procedure, checking supplies & equipment, assist with endoscopy procedure, cleans & reprocesses endoscopes

MDS Nurse- establishing MDS calendar, assessing pts, coordinating care conferences, participated in IDT meetings

LVN- assessing pt, establishing plan of care, medication administration, wound care, & nurses scheduling.
