Check temperature all the rooms

Start Daily line setting up.

Verify labels, verify bottles and caps check the weights check lot number seals. The product has the right correct expiration date.

Metal Detector checks every hours. Grab samples for the finish goods and send samples to Deibel and retain for us and house lab. When Production is done I close the MMR. So I can do transfer to send to the other building. Make sure paper work is good and no miss take.

Check pill machine and count the right amount that is on the labels. Check the packing. Encapsulated Machine check the weight of the pills when is powder.

Batcher I checking the right ingredients and if it's expired, need to grab samples and test it. When batching is finish. I would grab a sample and tested and sign off.

When the Raw material gets to the building and is brand new. Have to grab simples and cant use it until result comes. Check always COA to see there no fails in one of the products and most important follow GMPS.

I was doing Pre-op in the morning at 5:00am

Swabs rooms like Production, cook, butcher, and utensils. Using Atp swabs and machine for that. Had sanitation crew with me while I check around the room. Anything that was dirty they were there to clean.

Start my daily day with temperatures checks every room. Check bottles with the right chemical such as sanitation bottles. Check all scales with weights. Make such everyone follow Gmps. Cooks Room had to make sure the food was cook fully and chill down the right temperature in blast chiller. In log in the product they were making. In butcher room had to make sure they don't terminate fish to any beef meat. Production room had to check the gas machine, and mold trays. Check the line for the weight and make sure it in the right weight. Check seals for jars and trays and also check the gas inside. Did metal Detector every hour. Log in the waste of food. Have did environmental swabs sent to Deibel. Had work in warehouse picking orders when is needed help. Sanitation room had to make sure the cage is lock and if needed to order more dish soap they would let me know.
